Soooo.... if we both agree on this, then that means that Wrath must get cuckoos. I think this is like a universal chicken law, if other people agree that you need a certain chicken, you HAVE to get it.

Well you see I have a bunch of cuckoos now that I can just.. drop off? I hear I have a very very pretty golden cuckoo that would make a handsome gentleman I think.

The hen is, the chick isn't.
The chick is either going to be Kong x Solo. (Black Copper x Black Silver) depending on if the 2 wks didn't clear Kong out.
Or it will be Poppy x Solo. (Black Silver)

If I see Copper I'll know it's Kongs. Silver could sway either way unless it's female, then it's Poppys, If it's male I'll have to wait a little longer to watch for Copper leakage, again will be Kongs. Pure Silver male will be Poppys.

The 6 eggs under Copper are Poppy x Solo due 8/4 should be 100% Silvers.

I love her speckles. The base color should darken up over the next week. There's a slight difference in just those 2 eggs.

I saw the head of the hen, barred, in the first photo and thought, huh, I didn't know you had Cuckoo Marans... Oh, BR, that's right, and I may need a nap

I know wrath has confirmed but I thought I’d add that barred rocks have very crisp, glossy black and white/steel grey barring. Cuckoo marans have dull black and pale blue barring that bleed together a bit.
