Did you try your local Feed Store bulletin board ?in my part of the country in western Pennsylvania a lot of the rich people will get tired of the beautiful horses they bought for their kids. they'll just sell these lovely, purebred ,well broke horses for a pittance. and ponies too!
anyway that's all I got.
