Wrinkled Egg Shell?

What is up with this egg? I have had a few eggs like these. I think I know the hen that is laying them and She is in the nest for a very long time. Anyways, first time having chickens. Any info would be great. Thanks!

One of my hens also lays wrinkled eggs. I haven't searched about it so I can't help you, but I've just shrugged and left it as is... Hoping she's all right I guess!

Here is what my eggs are looking like, nothing like the one on the post, plus my girls are all going through a hard molt right now and the weather is still pretty warm for October.
