Wrinkled eggs

Okay, I know when my hen has that kind of poop, she's eggbound and her egg is either softshell or broken. It's possible she is calcium deficient if she isn't eating the shells. I would try the supplement method and see if she improves, and give it a couple days. If she keeps getting worse, consider deworming her. If she develops breathing problems or other viral-like symptoms, go in another direction.

You're not doing anything wrong. Get her some Calcium Citrate +D3 from the supplement section of your local grocery or pharmacy and give her one a day for 5 days. Just pop it in her beak and let her swallow it. It may seem big but remember a chicken can swallow a mouse or a frog whole. It should help with the soft shell eggs.

Just spend some time reading the Emergencies threads and you'll stop feeling guilty pretty quickly. Chickens find multitudes of ways to make us crazy and/or make us worry about them, and it's not because of anything we do or didn't do usually.
