Found another egg in the nesting box this morning. We are new to this and are getting one egg a day out of eight pullets for nine days straight so far. This eggshell looks different than the ones we’ve been getting though. Not sure if it’s because we didn’t let them free range the yard yesterday because we had company. Anyway, is this a cause for concern? Or is it totally normal? Should we toss the egg, or can we still eat it?

The egg is fine to eat. Generally misshapen eggs occur at the beginning or end of a laying cycle. The reproductive tract is still ironing out the wrinkles - pun intended.
I just cracked it and the egg white consistency was like water. They yolk was fully intact and like it was completely separate from the white... so odd
