I love judging these and to see all your ideas! Scary stories are HIGHLY welcome, since they are my favorites, but I really do like all stories.

Okay so first of all, NO plagiarism (I will be checking). If your plagiarism is over 25% then you will be disqualified.

Please keep it appropriate. Which means NO sexual interaction, between animals or people.

I will be the judge.

Do you promise you will follow these rules and respect them at all costs? That's what I thought. Lol.

Let me give you an example:

The creature had her pinned down, the coarse mangy hair rubbed against her skin. It felt like velcro. It smelled like a decaying deer in hundred degree weather. It growled and snarled, the creature’s face was twisted in a wicked grin, as if telling her it was over. Its ears were back flat against its head, drool spilling out from between its broken gleaming teeth, pooling on her throat. “You're not real.” She whispered. But the creature was already raising its head in a wicked silent roar, and brought its head down and closed its mouth around her throat. She closed her eyes, she didn’t want this to be real. But it was. She gazed up at the starry night sky, the moon was out. Her focus was going in and out, kinda like a samsung camera., till there was darkness. Her now unblinking eyes captured all the stars forever.

To be honest that is a paragraph from the book I am writing. SO NO STEAL. lol. but seriously.

Make sure when writing you put hashtags like these: #Romance, #Thriller, #Horror, #Western, #Fantasy, #Fiction, #NonFiction....ect

Make sure they are actual categories.

Good luck, and may the odds be ever in your favor. (See what I did there? lol).

I will be watching this thread to see what others come up with. Not sure if I will be doing anything but if I do I can bet you it will not be very good. (It probably will have some type of romance though cause I am a sucker for romance.) Also, @_Moon_ , I love your paragraph. ❤️

HERES MY SUBMISSION!!

Pipp shook himself. Of course the note was a bluff. No one knew what he was doing, no one knew where he was. The shadow in the corner of his eye moved. Jumping back behind the counter, Pipp hid. What was he doing? Turning around and peeking over the counter, he found himself at eye level with a 9mm pistol. Wincing at the firearm, he looked up at the towering man who owned the gun. “Hello, um, old friend.” Pipp winced. He had meant that to sound brave but obviously that did not work. “Pipp, good to see you, good to see you. Where is she?” The dim lights of the darkened building glanced off the man’s sunglasses. Pipp slumped back against the wall, as far from the pistol as space would allow. First week on the job as an ‘exotic’ animal smuggler and he had caught the one werewolf with a bodyguard.

(They are in a gym, btw)

Kathy playfully screamed when the beach ball hit her face. She picked it up and hit it back to her boyfriend. Her boyfriend, Charlie, hit it back to her while laughing. She squealed and went to grab it again since she failed on catching it when she heard a scream. It sounded like Charlie so she quickly turned around. Charlie was gone. Her eyes widened. "Charlie, Charlie!" She called out for him while looking around. He wouldn't just leave her, would he? Kathy walked over to where Charlie was when they were playing with the beach ball. "Charlie!" She called out again with tears in her eyes. Just then, she heard a muffled scream right behind her. She turned around and saw Charlie, strapped in a chair with a piece of tape over his mouth. There was a dark figure right behind him, filing it's nails. "Charlie!" Kathy said in relief and started to run over to him, not knowing about the figure behind him. "Mmm! Mmm!" He said in a panicked tone. He was trying to tell her about the person that was doing these things to him but with the tape over his mouth, he couldn't. When Kathy got to Charlie, completely ignoring him, the figure disappeared. Kathy untied her boyfriend, taking the tape off his mouth. She hugged him instantly and he hugged her back. But he quickly pulled away because he needed to tell her about the figure. "What happened to you?" She asked him. "Someone kidnapped me or something, but not someone real. She was like a ghost..." He said while looking back at where the figure used to be. The figure came back randomly, still filing her nails, and the couple jumped. They held hands and stepped a few steps closer to the figure. "Helloooo." She said, her voice dragging into a long growl. Kathy let go of Charlie's hand and took a few steps closer, not listening to what the ghost-like thing said. Charlie passed out from all of this. "What are you doing?" Kathy asked the lady-ghost. The figure did a small growl and started filing her nails again. "I said, what are you doing?!" She yelled. The ghost slowly looked back up at Kathy and a crooked, ugly smile came onto her face. "The real question is 'what are you doing?'" She said creepily with the same ugly smile. "I'm waiting for you to answer my question." Kathy snapped. She wasn't scared of this thing at all and just wanted to it to leave. The ghost thing walked super close to Kathy, putting a strand of Kathy's hair into her hand. Kathy hit the thing's arm and it flew back into the gym wall, acting like it got hit with tons of impact. Kathy looked over at her boyfriend. She saw that he passed out, so she decided to leave him. Kathy walked over to the ghost and hit her again, finding out that that was her weakness. The thing almost fainted from Kathy when she suddenly took all the power she had left in her and floated into the air, above Kathy. Kathy looked around for something to hit it with when the beach ball came to her mind. She ran over to where it last was and grabbed it, throwing it at the floating figure very hard. The thing crashed into the wall again and passed out. It faded away but this time for good. Kathy ran over to her boyfriend, shaking him and trying to wake him up. He woke up after a while and asked, "Is she gone?" Kathy nodded and gave him another hug. He hugged her too. They both pulled away and Kathy helped Charlie up. "Let's get out of here, okay?" She asked him with a small smile. "Yeah." He said and grabbed the now inflated beach ball. "Long story." She chuckled. "Okay." He said and put the beach ball down. He put his arm around her shoulders. They walked out of the gym, happy that Kathy had destroyed the ghost thing.

Ok... Let's see here... I'll try to do up one.....

"Shh." Alice suddenly motioned for Teresa to be quiet. She slowly got by the locked door and silently listened. "It's locked, doctor." Alice heard a woman whisper in a worried tone. "Someone is in there." The doctor whispered in response. "Is your gun loaded?" "Yes, doctor. It is." Alice knew there was going to be trouble, so she quickly grabbed a surgery knife for self defense. The doctor used his little key to unlock the door. He motioned to the woman to go first. Pointing the gun around, she scanned the room. Standing flat against the wall, Alice knew she had to work fast. Seconds before the woman spotted her, Alice swiftly moved her knife to knock the woman's gun out of her hand. Catching it, Alice pointed the gun at the woman. "Ok." Alice said sternly to the two of them. "Both of you in here with your hands up. No trouble."
