Wrong time zone

Hey everybody! Even if I just start a new thread it will say I posted it 4 hours earlier. I think it is set on the wrong time zone. Is there a way to change my time zone ? If there is how do I go about doing it?

This is something you set when you register. Evidently at this point, we have to change it. You are now set for the Pacific time zone. Do you want Central or Eastern, or something else?

I did not want to open a new topic, so I will ask on this topic.
My problem is similar like goatluver20 problem.

Current time im my time zone is now 20:26h, but on the forum(posts) are 11:19am.
How to balance "forum time" with my time zone?

edit: found in my profile settings now, and changed time zone
