Wry Neck and Vitamin E

There is no official dosage, but this link at the bottom of the page gives the author's opinion: http://www.browneggblueegg.com/Article/Crookneck/Crookneck.html

Since vitamin E is a fat soluble vitamin, I wouldn't overdo it, and probably stick to 400mcg or less daily. There is the option of using water soluble E as well, in which excess would be excreted by the kidneys. Sunflower seeds, greens such as kale, mustard, and spinach, crushed nuts such as almonds and brazil nuts, butternut squash and pumpkin, shrimp and salmon, and olive oil contain vitamin E. Selenium found in egg is helpful in E absorbtion.
