Wry neck brought on by injury?

Hello everyone. My 18 month old hens were attacked by raccoons 6 days ago. One didn’t make it, and the other was left with many injuries. She’s got a big gash in her breast, her on one side is torn, and another on her hind end near her vent. She’s been recovering with lots of TLC for her wounds and been brought in my garage until she’s better but she had what seems to be wry neck come on pretty suddenly yesterday. I should note that she has refused ANY food since the attack up until this morning when I encouraged her into eating some yogurt. Otherwise, it’s been electrolyte water (save a chick) and aspirin water. What is happening here? I’m really worried about her because she just isn’t eating and drinking enough. Is the wry neck brought on by the injury, her lack of eating, her ear being ripped off, or a mixture of it all? I’ve given her vitamin E today and hope I can get a care plan together for tomorrow morning with some advice. I had her with me the entire day today and she just simply wouldn’t eat more than a few bites of yogurt. Any advice is so appreciated. God bless.

My guess is neurological from injury and possibly brain swelling(?). Are her pupils evenly dilating?

Keep up with the aspirin, vitamin E and TLC in case it is from nutritional deficiency.

It is possible she had Marek's lurking and this stress brought it on, but that is an outside shot.

Poor thing. Raccoons create such carnage.

Hi there! Thank you so much for your response. I’m holding tight and hoping she will perk up in time. It’s beeb a horrifying experience. I have no idea if it could indeed be Meryks? I’m really hoping not since my other hens are perky and doing great. What a distressing ordeal this has been. I’m just wondering how long a chicken can go without any food as this certainly hasn’t helped with wry neck and her overall condition. Thanks so much.
