Wry neck caused by ear infection?

Thank you for noticing her eye. I will check eyes and her other ear in the morning.
No new birds to our small flock(4). The other hens are very healthy but I’m giving them vitamins just in case.

An update on my Brahma. The good news, her neck has improved quite a bit. She was looking almost 90% her old self then things took a turn. She has been staying in the nesting box until I remove her and give her food and water. I noticed the other hens have turned on her and are now aggressive toward her. (Which is why she may be hiding). Last night she slept in her nesting box. She’s still not getting on her roosting bar. I’m keeping her separated and keeping up with vitamins. She puffs up quite a bit and I noticed she a bit shaky when she’s close to the others (fence between them). She’s still has no signs of injury.

Anything I should be doing to help her integrate back into her flock?

Hens who are ill or injured may take to the nest box, stop roosting, and get picked on. I would read this good article about helping bullied hens and see if it can help with her confidence and getting her health built up again:

You can feed her separately with some moistened chicken feed and cooked egg or tuna occasionally. The vitamins for wry neck may help if continued.

A large dog crate may help temporarily. I keep one inside the coop or run. Prevent the others from pecking through the openings. 1/2 inch Hardware cloth fencing over a 2x4 frame is what mine is made of.
