Wry neck chick?

I've been reading other posts about wry neck but none have really said that their chick is weak and can't walk. My chick is 4 weeks old. It's a silkie. They other day I noticed its head kinda bobbing. So my mom read up on it and figured it was wry neck. So we have her on the meds suggested. But now the chick seems very weak and cannot walk. She try's to but everytime loses her balance and falls backwards. I also noticed that her toes have started to curl but only on one foot. Is there anything I can do for her? I don't want to have her put down but also don't want her to suffer or not be able to walk. I tried to seperate her from the others but when I do they all go crazy and she just sits and peeps. Even if I put another one in with her. Any suggestions?
