Hi. I have a quail with possibly a wry neck. She (i think) is about 5 weeks, and is eating and drinking normally. I didn't notice that her head was leaning to one side when i got the chicks, but then about a week later I saw that her head was tilting more and more to one side. When I touch her and try to "lift" her head, it doesn't seem like it hurts her. And the muscles aren't stiff at all, but it doesn't seem like she can raise it by herself

Is this wry neck, or possibly something else? And is it treatable?
Please help, I just recently this summer started with quail

Hi! I don't know anything about quail, but I had a chick with wry neck. Wry neck is a vitamin E deficiency, so you could try giving her some molasses. That saved the chick, and I don't think it would hurt your quail. But please PM some other members who know more first. I would feel awful if she was hurt because of my misinformation. Can you post any pics? Keep me posted, and I hope this helps! Thanks, TwinsLoveChicks.
