So, it starts with my buying some eggs from a house in my area, I got 6 eggs but only 3 hatched, turns out the chick 1 was brill, hatched well, and then 2 hatch with a little tug needed at the very end, 3rd egg needed intervention, anyway was successful. A day later or so, I noticed chick 2 and 3 had wry neck, I did my best with helping in there nutrition deficiency, they didn't make it. Chick 1 (which is now 4 and a half months old) was fine and has been fine until 2 days ago, I'm seeing signs of wry neck in humans I'm gutted, he has made little progress he is now able to hold his head in the right place and his legs are underneath him, if I stand him he can hold his weight for about a minute and then flop.
My question, is the parents having some kind of deficiency, because I'm second batch of 6 eggs 4 hatched and 2 had wry neck but I successfully helped them and they are now 3 month old. What is going on here, its worring me, because out of 13 eggs I have 7 hatch and now looks like 5 have had wry neck.
Thanks in advance

What do you feed, including treats?

I'd start him on vitamin therapy to see if it makes a difference. Give him 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily along with a little egg to help with the uptake of E.

Not sure what's happening with your hatches. You may want to ensure that you are using a Calibrated thermometer and hygrometer to match your incubator settings.

Hey wyarp rock, I have been supplementing, but little progress, the feed that he has been on was farmgate chick crumb, but slowly taking off and mixed with another feed called gablestock, layers mix xx

I'd try offering him wet mushy chick starter along with a little egg, go easy on the mealworms.
Thank you for your reply but unfortunately chips died in the night last night😭, its been pretty stressful, he was my boy. I really did try my best, and hope that they others do have the same thing, I think at least he enjoyed his last nights meal of fruits and egg. Again thank you for your reply xxx
