Wry neck treatment

Hello
I had a black copper Marian chick hatch with extreme wry neck. She couldn't even stay upright it was so severe. She would be laying on her back Everytime I checked her.
I didn't have anything on hand to treat her. I had a tube of selenium vitamin e gel that I use on my goats. I searched for dosing with no luck. I decided to put one tiny drop in her mouth and helped her to drink plenty of water afterwards.
In 15 min you could no longer tell which chick had wry neck. It was amazing. We are almost at two weeks old now and all are doing amazing. I just wanted to share because I was unable to find any information on anyone using this product to help with wry neck.
I want to see what others think about it.
I tried this treatment because I saw this post. I literally created an account to respond!
I have two Ameraucana chicks that hatched chick A- 3 days ago, B- 2 days ago. Both have had what I presume is Severe cases of Wry Neck. Both could not hold up their heads, could not stay on bellies, could not stand or walk. Chick A was able to stay on its belly for a few seconds but would flip over. Chick B could only sit supported and it’s head was all the way back when it did (stargazing).

Treatment: Yesterday (6/29) I started treating the chicks. Chick A around 10am, Chick B around 1pm.
Chick A - Vitamin E capsule squeezed into water with added brewers yeast, directly given vitamin E -small droplet, and given water via dropper.
Chick B - Selenium & vitamin E gel for goats in a 2 to 1 ratio with water, mixed up and given via dropper (I’m sure the butterscotch flavor was appreciated..) and water. I gave probably around a cm worth of dropper (not the syringe!!).
There was no poly vi sol without iron in town.
I treated both chicks around every 2-3h
Woke up this morning 7am to find Chick B WALKING around!!! I still can’t believe it. Chick A is pretty much the same as yesterday and only making slight progress. So at 730 when I gave them the treatment I gave them both the Goat gel treatment. post may have saved these chicks lives *fingers crossed*.
I’ve attached a picture of yesterday versus this morning.

Yesterday ( what they looked like 23/24 h of the day)

Glad it helped! Some chicks recover quickly, some take longer, so don't give up yet.
It’s honestly extremely shocking! My daughter called out to me that “one of the chicks is walking around” this morning when we woke up. I thought she was referring to the beak on the ground drag for Chick A. I’m still in disbelief that Chick B recovered literally overnight and is now pecking and eating food with the other chicks.

Today is day 8 since Chick A hatched, no progress, health wise going downhill due to minimal eating -gray/pale wrinkled legs and bad smell. Chick B fully functioning and can’t tell it from the others.
