wry neck?

i have a quail that has bumped her head, and had gotten a huge scab on it, and she was doing fine. until now (dramatic music). she keeps tilting her head to one side, and she stays like that pretty much all the time. her balance isn't great either. might she have wry neck? i really don,t know, so any input would be greatly appreciated.

im sorry to hear that, first i need to ask a couple questions how long has it been since she bummed her head how old is she now ?

she is about 9 weeks old, and she hit her head about two weeks ago.
