Wry neck

I have one free range chicken and this morning she looked like she has wry neck. There is no reason I can think of for her to have ingested toxins. What is the best vitamin supplement I can give her?

Give her some electrolytes. Im not to sure on vitamins though, please take a photo. I prefer natural supplements of viatmin E. id take her to a vet if you can.

We tried 3 vets in our area and none of them see chickens. I’m hoping she gets better. She was fine last night. Will try to get someone to send me a picture

Poor baby. It doesnt look to severe, keep giving electrrolites, it will take time ot heal.

So, it’s been one week and she actually looks worse. Head is almost all the way upside down now. I don’t know what else we can do for her.
