So, it’s been one week and she actually looks worse. Head is almost all the way upside down now. I don’t know what else we can do for her.

Be patient, give eletcrolytes, stay calm, and try your best to comfort her, could we have another photo?

Oh no! Maybe some soften sunflower seeds or small grains? Even small portions of mash if that works

Make sure to give her vistmin e, that looks bad, can you take her to a vet? Id also prop her head up gently with a soft cusion or something

There are no vets in our area that will see a chicken. I’ll try and give her some mash and vitamin e.

Okay. Yes id do that, soften food for her if she needs that and do prop her head up gently

She needs some vitamin therapy.

Go to Walmart, CVS or similar and get a bottle of Vitamin E and a bottle of B-Complex.
Give her 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4 tablet B-Complex once a day. Egg will help with the uptake of E.

Soft feed may be helpful if she's having difficulty. You can either crop feed her 1-2 times a day or hold her. She needs fluids, so getting her hydrated first is important.

Cut out the Electrolytes, they are not beneficial at this time. Too much salt and sugar. She needs plain water.

As for why she's suffering from this neurological symptom (Wry Neck) it's hard to know. Supportive care with the vitamins may be helpful to get her on the road to recovery, but often there's an underlying condition or disease at the root of it.
