Hi my mom sent me this. She let her chickens out this morning and this one was holding her head tucked under her. Figure that this is wry neck? Anything other than vitamin E and scrambled eggs to help this? She is also separate from the rest.

Wry neck or torticolis can be from a head/neck injury, vitamin E or B1 (thiamine deficiency,) or can be seen in a few diseases that affect the brain, such as Mareks and others. I would give vitamin E 400 mg plus 1/4 tablet daily of human super B complex with a little cooked egg mixed into some wet chicken feed daily. She may need to be fed and watered. Here is a good price on B complex:

How often should we give this? I've seen once a day up to three times a day.

I'm pretty sure it is from a deficiency vs Mareks. Shes still eating and drinking and flapping her wings and standing, she does fall over some but I think it's just because of her neck and all the other chickens are fine so far.
