Wry Neck?

Wry neck or torticolis is a neurological symptom caused by several possible things that affect the brain. Those include vitamin deficiencies, head injury, and can be seen in some viruses, such as severe respiratory diseases, Mareks, and others. Do you think he might have been injured? How old is he? I would offer him human vitamin E 400 IU and 1/4 tablet of human super B complex daily crushed into some food. Here is a good buy:

I don’t think he has been injured and he is about 5 months old

Yes he does. He only tucks his head in when he’s being held and towards the end of the day.
When it's low light/roosting and or being held.

It sounds like he's probably o.k., he just doesn't like being handled much and of course during roosting as shown in the video, sometimes they don't balance well, so ducking the head can help with balance.

It still won't hurt to give the vitamin therapy for several weeks to see if those help with anything.
I'd make sure he's eating well and can see (wonders if he needs a facial trim around the eyes).
