Hello all,
My rooster is 1 yrs old and just today seems to have Wryneck . He did not have it yesterday although in the evening he was acting a little off such as barking at nothing, walking around kind of ignoring the hens/not putting them in bed. Today he is very calm, not really doing much but crowing to the side and down, not eating and only drinking.
How do I treat this? I'm giving him Vitamin E and force feeding very gently.
He is also molting his whole back end is covered in pin feathers.

Here's pictures of him.
You can see his neck bone sticking out one way

Oh, poor baby! That doesn't look like wry neck/stargazing which is mostly a chick thing. That neck looks like an abscess or injury?

My first attempt if @Sylvester017 is correct, is a little damp cloth to start following with caster oil.
I find the latter helpful in so many ways and somehow helps with injuries. Goodness knows why

Lastly i would add a bit of ginger and turmeric into that feed that you are helpinghim to eat.... Which I have experienced personally and for my chickens has reduced their as well as my own swelling plus helped with pain.

Failing all of the above a vets guidance. We don't have the luxury of a qualified chickens vet where I am unfortunately

Can you get pictures closer to the potential abscess?

Agreed.
I would also give him VetRx in his water, and on the 'abscess'.
