I have a cochin hen that has suddenly gone broody and she is dedicated nest sitter.
I'm looking for 8 Large Fowl hatching eggs to put under her. The closer you are to NC, the better they seem to do. I'm willing to pay for the eggs plus Priority Shipping. Please, no ducks or quail - just standard breed chickens. She is so big that she breaks bantams eggs with her big feet.
My Buffs are starting to molt so I don't have any extra eggs to stick under her.
