I recently posted on the Marans thread, I am looking for a VERY dark laying hen. Name the price. Just has to be a nice dark dark egger!
I have bantams- cuckoo and black copper. SO I lean more to black copper, cuckoo, and golden cuckoo. But really I am just looking for the darkest egger I can find. I need to improve my bantam egg color.
Maybe someone would be interested in trading a dark laying hen or pullet for a bantam cuckoo cockerel? he is clean shanked + 9 weeks old right now.
