You might try Ugly Duckly, if her flock is still laying. My roosters are from her eggs, and have great combs, and their offspring won their breeds and class at my first poultry show attended last month, even out of hatchery hens. She is also NPIP certified last time I looked. You can check my pet porcelains member page here on byc to see pics of the boys. They don't have very good foot feathering as much as they run around outside but do have feathering on their middle toes as they're supposed to.
