Hey have you checked craigslist yet? Even though we are on the Portland Craigslist, we do check Seattle and Tacoma frequently, and there are TONS OF CHICKENS on there. We just checked again this morning, and there were at least 30 different ads for laying hens.

Yeah, I check CL every day. The problem is, I don't want to drive across the Narrows or take a ferry, so I'm more limited. Not only do I just want to save gas and such, I'm notorious for getting myself lost, and I want to pick up a few gals w/o needing DH's help. Mapquest isn't always a help either. I'm pathetic, lol.

However, a new ad popped up here in Port Orchard so I may pick up a few BRs, but I want a diverse flock. I may just get 2. I really want some EEs and maybe some Marans... but we'll see.
