Chicken Stalker , They are cute! I have that luck too! I bought 10 young Orps hoping for pullets and got only two pullets. I don't think they heard about the 50/50 thing lol..

I hatched a couple of batches of Lavender eggs.. I got a bunch of splits, and one lavender roo that just hatched last week.

I got mine from J. Phillips. My first batch hatched 5 out of 7.. This batch was 3 out of 12..

I love the color!!! I also bought a pair of lavender Bantams from Robin Taber on eggbid.. they are beautiful!!

Hi! If it doesn't work out with Sara, I'm here in Baltimore with some of Sara's babies. They are one month old today and are both beautiful and charming. They are my favorites of the whole bunch I have, but unfortunately, I need to part with a pair of them. PM me if you're interested.

I drove and picked up some of Chicken Stalkers extras.... I am pretty sure mine are all Roos but one too! I did have a Lav pullet, but it died.

So I think I am left with a Lav Roo and two Split Black Roos, plus one Split Hen. Going to have to PU a bunch of black hens I guess. I'm going to keep one of the extra split black Roos, and probably sell the other one.

I have got to call one of my local friends, he was hatching some when I picked mine up, need to see if maybe he got all hens!

Sachasmom, Sorry you lost your pullet. It seems everone has lots of roos. That's how my hatching went too. I also bought some Orps and only got two pullets and 7 roos. I lost one of those nad it was the other pullet.

Kayp, I am waiting to hear from Sara. She has been really busy. If she doesn't have anything left, I will PM. Are they splits or lavender? Can you ship or are they pick?

ZZsbabiez, What beautiful birds! Your lavender baby is adorable and the banties are gorgeous too! There is just something about that color that I just love to look at.
