WTB laying hens - San Diego area

I'm setting up my mother's chicken coop for her here in Julian CA -- and we need chickens! Doesn't matter what kind (just not fancy breeds like silkies), mutts are perfectly okay. Ultimately, we want about 8 to 10 hens, so if you're looking to rehome your flock, please let me know! Otherwise, getting them on a one-off basis is fine too. Obviously, would prefer them younger rather than older, will pay competitive rates.
