Hey all pups crying bloody murder.
Days are hectic with 8 dogs any time.
Let me sleep almost 9.
Made a potato salad had pills breakfast so on.
4 cups of coffee got me going.

Shall I change your title to 4 cups?

Good Morning,

Coffee is ready..instant coffee..It has been raining steadily on/off over here since last night. The air is clean and smell so sweet. I have a small size of rain water tank and I have never drink from it, I do want to, but birds, possum, turkey..whatever wild local residents often hang about there so I can not drink it. I heard that rain water tastes very nice.

You could boil it.

Tea is in the making..coffee is done and dusted around 5am.

@CapricornFarm I did think about boiling the rain water to drink, but the thought of those birds...poop..poop...poop...is putting me off

The sky is clear and so blue, the sun is shining through and through....I have a lot the garden work to do, and so do my chickens, they are edging to be out and about.

I have to think of what food to cook to put in the garden for me to munch on while doing garden work, I do take many short breaks in between.

Storms are on their way. They could be severe, including high winds, hail, and tornados. Farther south has a higher risk. Yes, the area that was hit last Friday, and where tornados killed 4 people. Hubby has his weather alerts turned on on his phone.

Good news here: a lot of rain (getting more now), thunder and lightning, but no tornado, no hail, the power's still on, and even though it's 35° out, it's NOT freezing rain.

I had the news on very briefly, and they weren't talking about storm damage, so I take that to be a good sign too.

When I took Freya out for potty duty, the patches hubby put on the driveways seemed to be mostly intact.

Whew.
