Hi, I'm looking for any hovabator manufactured between 1998 - 2004.

This model would have a removable clear plastic liner on the inside,
and sharp, square corners on the outside.

I still have the liner, but I'm missing the styrofoam bottom that holds it.

The bottom should look like this on the inside...

NOT like this,

Hope you can help!

I have one that I would be willing to sell, but it is missing the plastic tray for the bottom. QGF said to use their new tray and set it on top of the bottom and it would be fine, but I have 2 other incubators, so if you can use this one, make me an offer. I paid $35 plus $10 for shipping, just looking to get something out of it and get it out of my house.

Thanks,
Kim

Umm, the wanter is the seller, thinking that they probably don't want that bottom, that is why they are selling it?

lol Sorry, didn't realize it was the same person.

Yes, that's correct

My first attempt to get a replacement bottom netted me a bottom that was actually *older* than the model I wanted. If all else fails, I could still use it, but I have this plastic liner sitting around, and I do like the separate liner...

Bumping this thread up in hopes someone will see it... I'm still looking for the hovabator bottom.

I've made boxes and covers out of Styrofoam boards for winter covers. I suppose you could make a new bottom for your incubator the same way. Use a very sharp knife like a ceramic knife or a bread knife and go slow to cut out your sides and bottoms to the dimensions you need. I've use that expanding foam in a can to join my Styrofoam board pieces----you can use duct tape to hold them in place till the foam sets then a sharp knife to trim when hardened.

I'm still hoping to find a real replacement part, or part of someone's broken 'bator.

Thanks, exop
