WTB: Plucker and other processing equipment

Looking to buy plucker, perhaps scalder and other processing equipment. Would love a commercial vacuum seal machine. Will be processing all sizes from quail to large turkey.

Whizbang is a pretty good plucker for the money. Only thing is if you plan on doing quail you mite want to go with a real soft finger because the skin tears more easier than chickens and other birds. As far as scalder a big gumbo pot and burner works just as good. Boil the water dunk 5-7 seconds and feather wipe off. I dont know your budget but for around 300 bucks you can get these things and youd be plucking alot easier
