Hi,

I’m looking to buy three healthy, hardy pullets. It’s OK if they aren’t laying yet; just have to make sure they are “girls”.

I’m located just outside of the Harrisburg area and would come pick them up.

Ideally, I would love three different ones that will ultimately lay a mix of egg colors. Something along the lines of a RIR, an Easter Egger and ????? for some white eggs. I realize that may be asking too much though! Mutts are OK.

I would love to hear what you have available, where you are located and how much $ you are asking for them. Thanks!

Regards,

Kathy

Hello,

Thanks for your reply! You're south of Pittsburgh? That is a bit further than I would like to go. Thanks anyway,

Regards,

Kathy

Hi Kathy,
I have a few chickens I'm trying to rehome and could even meet you half way along the turnpike. Here's what I have:
1 Buff Orpington hen who lays giant eggs, but is prone to broodiness
1 Silver Laced Wyandotte hen who is a consistent layer and "talks" alot
1 Blue Laced Red Wyandotte who also lays well
I would let these three go for $25 and throw in a pretty full bottle of wormer
I also have a couple bantams:
1 black polish who is crazy but lays a nice white egg almost every day
1 partridge wyandotte who is very sweet and lays a small brown egg
You could have both the bantams for $15
They are all used to living under rustic conditions, so you could pop them in a coop without heat or electricity.
Let me know if you are interested.
Laura

I have just hatched out 33 chicks and I need to get rid of 13 of them. Its a variety of silkies, buff orpingtons, and easter eggers. Your located around 1 hr and a half from me.
