WTB Show Quality Rhode Island Red Single Comb chicks or hatching eggs

I am searching for show quality RIR-SC chicks or hatching egg, need to see picks of roo and hens, looking for the dark maghongy coloring. I have a production roo and hens, but need show quality for my sons 4H project. thanks

Tater's does have very nice birds no doubt, in addition there is a breeder on Eggbid (Chickenman) I beleive that has some very good ones as well. His birds are from the Don Nelson line. Pine Grove has some good ones, but I hear he may be booked for some time. Dick Horstman also puts eggs and chicks on eggbid from time to time, he is very good also.

Not diminishing Taters at all just giving options.

thank you all for your response. I have contact Pine Grove and have reserved some chicks to be sent to me in May. He was really great and happy to help out with my sons 4H project. thanks again to all I am new to this website, but it is a great tool and way to get advice and help from fellow chicken raisers. :0))
