wtb two laying hens in DFW area

I would like to buy two laying hens 6 months to 1 year old. They will enloy an excellent life with my 7 production hens. I wish to pick them up. Will pay more foe EEs.

This weekend is Canton First Monday Trade Days...don't know if you've ever been, but I think most folks in this part of TX have been. In the "Dog Run" area (where people sell pets) there are several sites set up with chickens. I bought three EEs there in December for $10 (rooster) - $12 (laying hens) each from another BYC member "Rafter 7 Paint Horses." You may want to PM them and ask if they will be there this weekend and if they'll be bringing EEs again...they are great folks!

I also saw Polish that I'm going back for this weekend. Besides chickens, if you aren't aware, Canton is a great place to go for the whole day (if the weather isn't horrible). Check out their website at www.cantontradedays.com
