I'm nursing a nasty cockrel bite on my ankle from an overzealous boy. Like yours was raised with a gentle hand and also like yours started his own humpfests.He was to the point of pitching woo at wild turkeys and box turtles. I really liked the guy but I did end up passing him on to a lady who's flock he could hone his skills on.Oddly enough she has turkeys so he's pretty happy.
