wyandotte bantam with bad diarrhoea.newbie,help needed

hello i have a 9 month wyandotte with very bad diarrhea.she may be abit smaller for her breed too but not sure.up too now she,s always been healthy but my two light sussex chickens do seem to have something like a slight cougth too.have eleven chickens altogether.thanks dawn

Give them some yogurt, they will love it and its great for their insides, makes the eggs taste yummy too.
Do they free range? cause if they do it could just be she has just eaten too much green stuff . Keep an eye on her and see if it keeps happening. Yogurt does wonders
