Wyandotte Bear Chest / Wet and moist

Hi all,

We have a Wyandotte that is losing feathers only on her chest area and it is looking a little red/raw. It is also moist to the touch. She may be a little broody, but not positive.
Does anyone know what this may be?

I'm sorry no one responded.
How is she doing?
If possible, give her feathers a cleanup and make sure that she has no punctures or injury to the crop. See that her crop is emptying overnight as well.
Take note if she's drinking a lot of water and if any water is coming out of the beak - possibly that's the source of her being wet?
