Hi y’all! I have 3 Wyandotte’s from McMurray Hatchery and I’m supposed to have 2 Columbian Wyandotte pullets and 1 straight run BLRW, but I’m not really sure. If y’all could help I would really appreciate it! :) They are all 4 weeks and 2 days old.

BLRW (no name yet) 95% sure he’s a cockerel

I agree, all look like possible cockerels.
What? That would be sad! @JedJackson said that he wouldn’t doubt yet that the Columbians are pullets. I just really hope only the BLRW is a cockerel, because if I have any more cockerels then I will have to rehome them, as I already have 4 for 30 hens, which includes the BLRW as a cockerel.

I’ve read that Wyandotte’s red up early, but I the BLRW has a very raised and big comb as well. The other 2 have very flat combs. Again I’m not a Wyandotte expert, as these are my first ones.

They are too young to be absolutely certain yet, but I'd bet both of the Colombians are pullets.

I will definitely repost when they are 6 weeks and maybe 8 weeks if need be. :)
That's a good idea. You never know, but since they were bought as sexed pullets and have small, very pale combs, I think you can afford to be optimistic. You should post pics of the BLR bird, too, at those ages, just to be certain.

Sorry if I scared you! All I meant to say is that they are all sort of young for gender identification. Although the third one is a definite cockerel, the rest MAY be later developers. But so far, only the third one is a definite cockerel. I do see how my reply might be a little haunting though.

Thanks for clarifying. It just caught me a bit off guard. :)

Should I be concerned about the lack of feathering that Salt has compared to her sister, Pepper? (hopefully both are girls) First picture is Salt, 2nd is Pepper. They are both almost 5 weeks old.
They are missing feathers because my gosling I used to have (Daffy) pulled their feathers out, but they are regrowing very nicely.
