Wyandotte,hen or roo?

yay someone said pullet im really hoping it is I would think I would start to see hackle and saddle feathers

Now that I made the pictures larger, I'm not quite as convinced. Give it a few weeks.
Watch for dark red patches on the shoulders, and the tell-tale pointy feathers.

A SLW I got last year developed a red comb and wattles very early--many weeks before she started laying--but she was a big beautiful hen. She also had very heavy legs. One I got this year is very dainty and still very pale at 18 weeks. Sometimes you just have to wait to be certain.

Our didn't get saddle feathers until almost 7 months... they are a slow maturing breed.

hmm darn I really dont wanna get rid of her/he I only have 6 hens..

Im really starting to worry unless mine is older
What do you think?

400

I'm just not liking the amount of raised comb and wattle it has for 8 weeks for it to be a pullet, I'm not seeing roo feathers, but I don't know. I wouldn't give up for a couple of weeks, but I think there is a good chance it is a boy.
