How old is it? She looks nearly full grown so I would absolutely say hen. I don’t see any of the saddle or tail feather shows, but that can also depend on the age.

Beautiful lady! Agreed, looks like my cochins with the feathered feet. I also have wyandottes and they are bare-legged.
 
Just realized the second pic was not yours. They are both beatiful! The first bird has a lot of green in its neck feathers. I have many different varieties of roos, and they have a lot of green feathering, but I am not sure about laced cochins. I also have a few hens with some green feathering, but they are black birds. Do you have a picture of its backside? Maybe someone with laced cochins will chime in.
 
Welcome to BYC. You definitely have a gold-laced cochin, either a bantam cochin (more properly known as a pekin) or a rather nice quality standard cochin.

This is what a gold-laced cochin rooster looks like:

Gold-laced chickens are sexually dimorphic and begin developing different feather patterns at about six weeks of age.
