Wyndots seems like she keeps trying to swallow. Could she have something stuck in her throat or a disease?

Check her crop to see if it is full or impacted, and look inside the beak and throat for any blockage or yellow or gray patches that shouldn't be there. It also could be a respiratory disease or more rarely gapeworm.
