My dh and I saw it yesterday afternoon.
If you are a purist on the story of wolverine the inconsistencies would be bothersome. but if you like a action filled fun movie it was great.
I was ok with what they did with Gambit. even though he is my favorite character. it is already on my list to buy when it comes out on dvd.
Next movie- Star Trek.. and I am not a Trekky, so this will be fun for me as well. After that? Transformers!!!! WHOOT!
I started reading the X-Men comics from the first issue. The inconsistencies WERE bothersome for me for sure, but I took it as it was. Just a movie....
There were quite a few of the original X-Men in those cells. The red headed kid with his mouth covered was Banshee. Will have to see it a few more times. We did enjoy the movie. My oldest son wants to take his girlfriend this weekend so he's been pretty quiet on wanting to know what happens.
