I have 2 Gold Laced Wyandottes that are 1 year old. Both lay regularly and usually give me a medium size egg. Recently, my dominant girl gave me an egg 3x her normal size. Is this a fluke or can I do something that would increase my chances of her doing it again. The only explanation I could think was that I doubled up on her mealworm and scratch for the day prior and thought maybe the additional fat and protein worked a wonder. Anyone else have an idea?
