I have a hen that has laid four double yolkers in the past month, all of then were 4.5 ounces or 127 grams!!! I jokingly call her "quarter-pounder"!!!

Wow, that's big! We had a hen that layed double yolkers for her first 3 eggs but they weren't that big. We call her egg queen.
