I do mine online too by using turbo tax through the www.irs.gov website. Its free for me to do my state and federal and I send it to my bank account. I have been doing it for 2 years now and love it.

I use www.taxslayer.com it costs $14.95 for both state and federal....they have more forms online than turbotax for those that have more complicated taxes.

I won't have my done for another month or so. I was still receiving tax forms over the weekend.

I am so envious of anybody who has it done already!

With all the different farm stuff and depreciation schedules I don't think I'll ever be brave enough to tackle it myself.

I have done our Farm for years with Turbo Tax, it is easy. I got mine done and filed Saturday!

Well, we got our taxes taken care of early this year. And much to our surprise it turned out to be a good thing. I quit doing our own taxes after I worked for a Tax service a few years ago. I did my fair share of taxes for the company and now I leave mine to the professionals at Proffesional Tax Service in KY.

I kept holding off despite DH fussing, turns out it was a good thing. We had 2 papers missing- one cam yesterday, one to go!
