Yaay! I have fertile eggs!

I was getting worried that my breeding pens' males weren't doing their job. My eggs didnt hatch when I set my own! This would also jeopardize selling the eggs. However, since there was a temp malfunction in the first hatch, I wrote it off to that. So, today I checked fertility (after cracking open the eggs with my handy-dandy quail egg cutter! Seriously, everyone who eats quail eggs should have one!) and three out of three pens checked are fertile! I am so excited!

Ok...2 questions. You look for the bulls eye, just like a chicken egg. Right? Second, there is a quail egg cutter?
