YAHOOO!!!! It's about time!

[Year of the Rooster]

TWO! of my white silkies have finally gone broody! It was official yesterday so I gave each of them five eggs to hatch!

But they're in the same nest box anyway

I"m so happy!!!

They hardly ever leave their nests! I felt one hens crop and it was full of food so I know she's getting off for a brief moment. And when I set her down anywhere other than the ground she just sits there like she'll sit anywhere at anytime

So amazing!

They growl a little at me but not a whole lot. Did I mention they went broody at the EXACT same time? Hehe they're broody buds now

I should have my first hatch by April 21st!
