I was only 59%, barely from Dixie. That's fair, I guess. I was born in MO, went to primary school in FL, went to high school in GA, and college in TN. So I guess I get more and more southern every day.

I'm married to a d@mn Yankee. You know, one that moved to the South and stayed...

I was told it doesn't count as truly southern. Very few people are actually 'from' FL. They just live there.

When I first moved to GA, I had to do all the reading out loud at school because the teachers loved my lack of drawl.
DH said maybe it wasn't that, but the fact that I could READ.
He constantly teases me about my hillbilly ways, though...
