I just picked up two cat/dog carriers and an older rabbit cage for $10 at a yard sale! The carriers are not large, but will work great with chicks or bantams or just to transport. The rabbit cage is decent size too. Just got done scrubbing and disinfecting them.

some ediot left there husky in it, and it died of heat stroke

WOW great find! Before I got into chickens I put an xtra large dog kennel on freecycle...I could just kick myself now! I want it back! LOL
