Anyone have a Yardbird Chicken Plucker (http://www.yardbirdpluckers.com/chicken-plucker)? At first I looked at the Featherman but just can't justify the price since we only process about 30 birds at a time a couple of times a year. But the Yardbird is less than half the price as the Featherman, has great reviews, and can pluck two birds at a time which is more than fast enough for me since the helper-butcher's probably couldn't keep up with anything plucking faster than that. Anyway if anyone has any comments on it I'd be glad to hear.
