Congratulations on your move and your little flock. Beware, usually if there are extra chicks they are usually males. That is how the hatcheries get rid of the males as packing peanuts. It's not 100% but in most cases. Good luck and have fun...

Thanks for the info! My father-in-law said the same thing. We're keeping our fingers crossed we got all females, as I don't think I'm ready to take on a roo yet!
