Yay! Broody is accepting adopted chicks!!!

I went out at 5:30 this morning and put three day-old chicks under my broody bantam!! She is doing great, eating and letting them under her belly when other hens come by!

I'm so excited! She had been laying on unfertile eggs for nearly a month and I switched them out for the babies! (She was very determined.)

I'm keeping a VERY close eye on everybody, but so far so good. Woohoo!

A white frizzle bantam with one black austrolorp, one buff orpingtin and one aracauna (all chicks two days old).
